If a company of comparable quality and workmanship, using equal materials, offers to perform the work specified for a lower price within 10 days of the contract date, Knox Glass Company OKC will match the price upon receipt of the written specifications of such company.
Qualified Company Standards
A qualified company must:
- Be licensed and in good standing in the state and county of the subject property
- Have an established office (working out of a vehicle, storage unit or home does not qualify)
- Been in business for at least five (5) years locally in the glazing / glass industry
- Be fully insured with a minimum of $1 million general liability and workman's compensation
- Utilize the same high-quality products, materials and accessories
- Use equal high-quality installation fasteners and sealants
- Ensure installation per manufacturer specifications and guidelines
- Specify in writing all materials and the extent of the work to be performed
- Provide comparable warranties
